Production time is currently 5 business days.  From the day you place your order we will enter the order on the next business day, any confirmation required will occur in 24 hours.

Following 5 days in production your order(s) will be dispatched via Australia Post and delivery times vary depending on your location to metro Sydney. 

Please keep in mind that our processing time is provided for your information, it`s not a guarantee. 

We do not hold stock of the items.  We individually make all of our orders based on your custom selection of colour, font and size and we pride ourselves in our hand crafting of the custom piece as per your order.

WE ALWAYS RESPOND TO EMAILS WITHIN 24 HOURS!

Our emails can be blocked by spam filters, or rejected by your server if your mailbox is full.  

Please check those issues, and the spelling of the email address provided, if you aren`t getting a response from us!

DID MY ORDER SHIP, AND WHEN?

You can check if you order has shipped by logging into the account and checking the status. 

Calculate your ship date by adding the number of business days (no weekends or holidays)  detailed at the top of this page to your order date. It may ship prior to this time, but this is an average.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

After the specified days in production the order is sent via Australia Post from Sydney, Australia.  Delivery times vary according to Aus Post`s delivery schedule. 

As an average this is next day in Sydney, 2-3 days for VIC/ QLD, 4-5 days for WA and 7-10 days for UK and USA.

Please note- these are Australia Post recommended times, but often a package can take twice or even triple the amount of time.  If you really need the order by a certain date please contact us at the time of ordering to discuss.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED- WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In most residential areas, the Australia Post outlet will leave a slip for collection as the postman cannot carry boxes and tubes.

The first thing to do is contact/visit your local post office.  Sometimes the post office forgets to send a collection slip to your home notifying you that the package is at the post office.

 If the post office does not have your item, contact us and we can begin a track and trace after 14 business days.
