Cool Art Vinyl wall art sticker products are created ON DEMAND. Similar to printers, we create your decal order to match your individual requirements selected in the ordering process.

We are the most trusted name in wall sticker production in Australia and our vinyl product and instructions are of the highest quality available on the market anywhere in the world.

The nature of this custom ordering means that we have a returns policy. Unless there is damage to the product or a significant fault on our behalf, it is unlikely we will refund a custom order.  We can in many cases exchange a catalogue item.

  •  On any of the Create Your Own products, we offer no returns or refunds.
  •  For a decal product selected from our shop, we will discuss returns on a case by case basis. However, unless the item is a best seller in a best selling colour it is unlikely we will supply a refund. 
  •  Any returns we have agreed to must be unused and in the same condition as supplied.
  •  Postage on returns is the responsibility of the customer.  

To assist you in making the correct choice we provide for FREE the following assistance:

  •  FREE test swatches to test the colour or surface
  •  You can provide the name and technical specs of your paint to us and we will provide a suitability match AT NO CHARGE.

Please be considerate that unless we can resell the item we will not be able to refund.

If we decide not to refund, then we recommend you consider giving the gift to a friend, or donate to a school or someone who will be able to use the decal.
