Cool Art Vinyl products are created ON DEMAND. Similar to printers, we create your order to match your individual requirements selected in the ordering process.
The nature of this custom ordering means that we have a very strict return policy. Unless there is damage to the product or a significant fault on our behalf, it is unlikely we will refund.
- On any of the Create Your Own products, we offer no returns or refunds.
- For a decal product selected from our shop, we will discuss returns on a case by case basis. However, unless the item is a best seller in a best selling colour it is unlikely we will supply a refund.
- Any returns we have agreed to must be unused and in the same condition as supplied.
- Postage on returns is the responsibility of the customer.
If you have any questions about the product, and concerns about the suitability of the product for your surfaces, then we recommend requesting a small sample piece of vinyl BEFORE YOU ORDER. This will enable you to test before you buy. We are more than happy to send these out. Please use our contact page to send us a request.
In addition we have developed a comprehensive FAQ/ Help section on this website and on our decorating blog with regular articles about the product and what to expect. Please read all details and we are available to answer any of your questions prior to ordering.
Please be considerate that unless we can resell the item we will not be able to refund.
If we decide not to refund, then we recommend you consider giving the gift to a friend, or donate to a school or someone who will be able to use the decal.
