SHIPPING and ORDERING
Note about delivery address: Our shipping costs are calculated from the delivery address not the billing address.
We have provided multiple options for shipping your product. Please read very carefully about each option.
Regular Mail: This is a standard service offered by Australia Post. From time to time we have experienced delays in delivery of goods, and on occasion the goods have been lost in transit. Due to this, we now offer registered or express post as a guaranteed method of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT REPLACE ANY PRODUCTS SENT VIA REGULAR MAIL. We are happy to assist with Australia Post enquiries and if you wish to lodge a claim with Australia Post for lost goods, however we do not compensate for lost goods sent via Regular Mail.
Registered Mail: This Australia Post service involves a barcode being attached to the package at the point of lodgement. This will enable the product to be tracked at key points including delivery.
Express Mail: Via Australia Post the package will be delivered as per the Australia Post current delivery times for EXPRESS MAIL to your location. Please note that our products are custom made and your order will still spend time in production and we cannot express this production time, we can only express the shipping. See the production times page for our current schedule.
Goods delivered by registered mail and by express mail are the best option. We highly recommend this for orders over $100.
