TERMS + CONDITIONS
No goods will be dispatched until full payment is made. This is a studio policy. On occasion we waive this rule if you are a school or hospital where we allow invoicing based on a purchase order. Payment can be made via credit card or direct bank transfer.
ONLINE PURCHASE
Cool Art Vinyl uses a secure transaction provider called eWay. Your credit card details will be transacted by eWay. By placing orders with Cool Art Vinyl you accept and acknowledge that credit card details will be transacted without a signature. On our website you are required to enter the CVV number into the transaction.
POSTAGE
Cool Art Vinyl use Australia Post regular mail/ registered and express mail. Cool Art Vinyl do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items with Australia Post. The only trace we can assist with in the recovery of lost goods is to submit a customer complaint to Australia Post requesting a trace.
In the event your product has not arrived, you need to contact Cool Art Vinyl to discuss a resolution.
RETURNS
Cool Art Vinyl does not accept automatic returns. Upon discussion, and a case-by-case decision, we may receive returns of undamaged goods chosen from the catalogue pages.
Postage costs for returned items are the responsibility of the sender, not Cool Art Vinyl. Item must be returned in perfect condition in the Cool Art Vinyl original posting box. After item is received a full refund will be initiated.
A full refund will be made for the product if it is in untouched condition. There is no refund on postage.
CREATE YOUR OWN ORDERS
The customer is responsible for entering the spelling, grammar and punctuation as they wish for it to appear as a wall decal. Cool Art Vinyl accepts no responsibility for misspelling by customers and full payment is required.
DAMAGE TO CUSTOMER PROPERTY
Cool Art Vinyl have provided fair warning on this website and on the product packaging details about the risks involved in applying vinyl surface graphics. We take no responsibility for any damage caused to surfaces in customer properties as a result of the application or removal of the vinyl surface graphics.
COPYRIGHT
Cool Art Vinyl works under the Australian copyright law. If we feel there is a breach of copyright we will contact the breacher directly to discuss the issue.
